Employees of the Month: Dianne Coons, Kaitlyn Cherry, Nyrea Wilson, Lakisha Parker, Mike Arena, and Hunter Kowalski

Congratulations to Dianne Coons our Employee of the Month at GreenField Health & Rehabilitation Center!

Dianne has been in our Housekeeping department for over 19 years, and has been the supervisor for over 18 years! She is always willing and able to go the extra mile. If housekeeping is short staffed on any shift, she fills in. She loves our residents and truly expects that they receive excellent care. We’re lucky to have her on our team. Thank you for all your hard work, and congratulations!!

Congratulations to Kaitlyn Cherry, our Employee of the Month at GreenField Health & Rehabilitation Center!

Kaity always goes above and beyond for all her patients. Kaity always volunteers for extra projects and is always willing to help out. Keep up the great work! Thank you, and congratulations!

Congratulations to Nyrea Wilson our Employee of the Month at GreenField Terrace!

Though Nyrea is quiet, she is a very caring Care Partner. She demonstrates integrity and compassion each day she comes to work. Nyrea has a special way with our residents in B House, and always makes them feel comfortable and secure. Resident family members and co-workers have nothing but great things to say about her. Some have indicated what a hard worker she is, that she is inviting and warm, and the fact that she is a great team player! Not to mention how she makes “her delectable mashed potatoes.” Some have even called her at home for her recipe! We thank you, Nyrea, for all of your hard work, dedication, patience and enthusiasm. The Terrace is blessed to have you.

Congratulations to Lakisha Parker our Employee of the Month at GreenField Terrace!

“Kisha” is an LPN that works our overnight shift at the Terrace. She does a great job at keeping everything orderly and running smoothly. Kisha comes to work with a can do attitude and takes pride in her work. Our residents look forward to seeing her comforting face when they need to take their medication or if they are confused. She takes the time to sit with them and find out what they need. The Care Partners en-joy working with her and know she is always there to help when needed. Kisha’s willingness to pick up extra time and to pitch in and help her fellow nurses and care partners shows her commitment and dedication to her profession and the organization. We thank you Kisha, for all of your hard work and for going the extra mile!

Congratulations to Mike Arena our Employee of the Month at GreenField Manor/ GreenField Court!

Mike (Sous Chef), has proven to be a great asset to the Dining Department. He is very creative and intuitive in his cooking abilities. Mike has always been dependable and reliable, and has brought continuity to the department with his teaching and mentoring. He has been with The GreenFields for just over a year now, but it seems like a lot longer! Mike is a dedicated family man who resides in Lancaster with his wife and daughter. Thank you, Mike, for all you do!

Congratulations to Hunter Kowalski our Employee of the Month at GreenField Manor/ GreenField Court!

Hunter is a valuable Court/Manor employee who has been a member of our Dining Services team for the last 3 years. He always comes to work with a smile on his face. Whether Hunter is serving, bussing or working happy hour, he always has a positive attitude. Hunter is always a team player who is willing to help train our new staff. Hunter has also been known to stay in touch with residents when they have moved to a different level of care on the cam-pus. He is a true example of our motto, Caring, Heart and Soul. Hunter is studying Chemistry at UB and in his spare time he likes to DJ and mix his own music. Congratulations Hunter, and keep up the great work!
