On Tuesday, September 11, 2018 at 11:00 a.m., The GreenFields Continuing Care Community will unite with the Western New York Chapter of The Alzheimer’s Association to fight back against the devastation caused by Alzheimer’s disease and to raise critically needed funds to further research and to provide free information and supportive services to those who need them.
Be a part of the fight and join us for ‘A Walk to Remember’ as we honor those who are surviving Alzheimer’s disease and to remember those that we have lost too soon. We invite the community to join us for a ceremonial campus lap and help us celebrate the lives of our guests of honor – our residents and families who are impacted by Alzheimer’s disease.
Live music by Steve Balesteri; celebration tent sponsored by Independent Health – Family Choice; festivities include a themed basket raffle and a drive-thru Chiavetta’s Chicken BBQ to benefit the local chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association.
This free event is presented by RP Oak Hill and is open to the public.
