Located on 52 beautiful acres in Lancaster, New York, a town rich in history and recognized as one of the safest communities in the nation, The GreenFields Continuing Care Community consists of three separate yet inter-active entities on a single campus offering:

  • Residential apartments for active seniors
  • Assisted living apartments for those who need assistance
    with daily living activities
  • Inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services
  • Long and short-term skilled nursing care
  • Alzheimer's and dementia care
  • Respite care

As members of the community, residents receive priority access to any of the levels of care available, based on availability and need, whether long-term or short-term. Our admissions and screening staff work together to ensure that residents receive the care and services best suited to their particular situation at any given time.

Various social, cultural, education and recreational programs are available to residents of the entire campus. Current examples include a wellness fair, summer concert series, worship services, and various parties and picnics.

The GreenFields Continuing Care Community is the first phase of a long-term dream within the Lutheran community of Western New York to provide high quality care and services for seniors through the phases of life in a caring, Christian environment. The Niagara Lutheran Health System has been instrumental in bringing this dream to reality, and together with The Lutheran Church Home of Buffalo (www.TLCH.org), which operates GreenField Court, and the Lutheran community; we continue to plan for the future.
